Abimbola Odusanya Memorial Foundation (ABOF) is a registered non-profit, charitable organization established in loving memory of Late Officer Abimbola Abiola Odusanya.
The Foundation was founded to sustain his legacy of compassion, selflessness, and commitment to improving the lives of the less privileged in society.
We exist to serve vulnerable children, women, widows, orphans, internally displaced persons, and underserved communities across Nigeria. Our work focuses on education, empowerment, humanitarian services, skills acquisition, and health and wellness support delivered with dignity, integrity, and compassion.
Our Story
Late Officer Abimbola Abiola Odusanya believed deeply in the power of education, self-reliance, and compassion for humanity. In honoring his life and values, the foundation was created to provide hope, opportunities, and support to the less privileged, ensuring that his legacy of kindness lives on for generations.

Humanitarian Aid
& Relief
Abimbola Odusanya Memorial Foundation renders humanitarian assistance by providing relief materials, food items, clothing, and medications to victims of disasters such as flood, fire and wars.
My name is Pastor Mrs. Oluwatosin Abimbola, the founder of the Abimbola Odusanya Memorial Foundation in blessed memory of my late son Officer Abimbola Abiola Odusanya.
I am passionate about serving humanity, uplifting the less privileged, and bringing hope to those in need. It's our desire to see that we empower and put smiles on the faces of those in need, as God provides..
As a representative of this foundation in charge of Northern Zone
,it is with great joy I write to testify that this foundation has put smiles on many people in a very short time. I have been able to organise two different football competitions in Niger State which brought great joy to footballers and n fans all around. Our joy as a foundation is that it united the youths,made them happy,removed them out of the streets from unnecessary evils,drugs etc. They are always asking when will we have another competition.
Secondly, my son King Hallee Tete had admission into AFIT( Airforce institute of Technology kaduna a University for the year 2025/2026 to read Airspace Engineering was immensely assisted by this foundation as one of the pillars of this foundation is supporting children education. My son was so excited in all of us as a family. To God be the glory and may this foundation continue to bless and fulfill it's mission in Jesus name.
As a representative of our Tech Team for ABO Foundation,
we are proud to partner with the foundation by leveraging our technical skills to enhance its impact and outreach.
Our contribution includes:
1. Developing and managing the foundation’s website and digital platforms
2. Creating awareness through digital marketing and social media campaigns
3. Building secure donation systems to support fundraising efforts
